Text
Subject to other provisions of articles 70 to 82 of this
title and the state personnel system regulations, the division is authorized to
appoint, fix the compensation, and prescribe the duties and powers of such officers,
accountants, attorneys, experts, and other persons as may be necessary in the
performance of its duties. The division may delegate to any such person so
appointed such power as it deems reasonable and proper for the effective
administration of articles 70 to 82 of this title. In its discretion, the division may
bond any person handling moneys or signing checks under articles 70 to 82 of this
title.
