Text
The general assembly reserves
the right to extend the time of operation, amend, or repeal all or any part of articles
70 to 74 and 76 to 81 of this title at any time; and there shall be no vested private
right of any kind against such extension, amendment, or repeal. All the rights,
privileges, or immunities conferred by said articles or by acts done pursuant thereto
shall exist subject to the power of the general assembly to amend or repeal said
articles at any time.
