Text
In every
prosecution for the violation of any provision of this article, the minimum wage
established by the director shall be prima facie presumed to be reasonable and
lawful and the wage required to be paid. The findings of fact made by the director
acting within prescribed powers, in the absence of fraud, shall be conclusive.
