§ 8-6-103 — Definitions
As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)and (2) Repealed.
(3)Director means the director of the division of labor standards and
statistics.
(4)Division means the division of labor standards and statistics in the
department of labor and employment.
(5)Minor means any person of either sex under the age of eighteen years.
(6)Occupation means every vocation, trade, pursuit, and industry.
(7)Repealed.
