§ 8-47-207 — Collection of statistics
The director or any agents of the division
may enter into any place of employment for the purpose of collecting facts and
statistics, examining the provisions made for the health, protection, and safety of
the employees, and bringing to the attention of every employer any rule, order, or
requirement of the division, or any law, or any failure on the part of any employer to
comply therewith.
