§ 8-47-202 — Information furnished to division - confidential use
Every
employer shall furnish the division, upon request, all information required by it to
accomplish the purposes of articles 40 to 47 of this title. The information shall be
for the confidential use of the division, unless otherwise ordered by the director,
and shall not be open to the public nor used in any court or any action or proceeding
pending therein, unless the director is a party to such action or proceeding.
