Text
All orders of the
director or industrial claim appeals office shall be valid and in force and prima facie
reasonable and lawful until found otherwise in an action brought for that purpose,
pursuant to the provisions of articles 40 to 47 of this title, or until altered or
revoked by the director or industrial claim appeals office, as the case may be.
