§ 8-44-203 — Department of human services - self-insurance program
The
general assembly hereby finds and declares that a program shall be established by
the department of human services and the department of labor and employment to
provide for a self-insurance program for the department of human services, which
shall apply only to claims arising on or after July 1, 1985, and before July 1, 1990.
