Text
(1)The
executive director shall establish and collect such fees as the executive director
determines are necessary to administer this section, which fees shall not supplant
funding for any other function of the department of labor and employment. The
fees established pursuant to this subsection (1) shall not exceed two thousand
dollars for an initial application or for an annual review of any employer acting as a
self-insurer under this section.
(2)The executive director shall transmit any moneys received pursuant to
subsection (1) of this section to the state treasurer, who shall place such moneys in
the workers' compensation self-insurance fund, which fund is hereby created. The
general assembly shall make appropriations from such fund for the purposes of
administering this
