§ 8-44-106 — Insurer violation - suspension or revocation of license
If any
insurance carrier intentionally, knowingly, or willfully violates any of the provisions
of articles 40 to 47 of this title, the commissioner of insurance, on the request of
the director, shall suspend or revoke the license or authority of such carrier to do a
compensation business in this state.
