§ 8-43-309 — Actions in court tried within thirty days
Any such action
commenced in the court of appeals to set aside or modify any order shall be heard
within thirty days after issue shall be joined, unless continued on order of the court
for good cause shown. No continuance shall be for longer than thirty days at one
time.
