Text
The director or any party of interest may
request the appropriate district court to enforce orders issued pursuant to this
article 3.3, including those for appropriate temporary relief and restraining orders.
The court shall consider the request for enforcement based on the record made
before the director or hearing officer. The court shall uphold the action of the
director or hearing officer and take appropriate action to enforce the action, unless
the court concludes that the order is unlawful pursuant to section 24-4-106 (7)(b).
