Text
Any person, firm, or corporation who violates
any of the provisions of this article is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction
thereof, shall be fined for the first offense not less than fifty dollars nor more than
one hundred dollars and for the second and subsequent offenses not less than one
hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, together with costs.
