§ 8-3-120 — Conflict of provisions
Wherever the application of the provisions
of other statutes or laws conflict with the application of the provisions of this
article, this article shall prevail; except that, in any situation where the provisions of
this article cannot be validly enforced, the provisions of such other statutes or laws
shall apply.
