§ 8-3-116 — Interference with director - officer of division
Any person who
willfully assaults, resists, prevents, impedes, or interferes with the director or any
officer, deputy, agent, or employee of the division or any of its agencies in the
performance of duties pursuant to this article 3 commits a class 2 misdemeanor.
