Text
Upon the request
of the director, the attorney general or the district attorney of the county in which a
proceeding is brought before the district court for the purpose of enforcing or
reviewing an order of the director shall appear and act as counsel for the director in
such proceeding and in any proceeding to review the action of the district court
affirming, modifying, or reversing such order.
