Except as specifically provided in this article,
nothing in this article shall be construed so as to interfere with or impede or
diminish in any way the right to strike or the right of individuals to work, nor shall
anything in this article be so construed as unlawfully to invade the right to freedom
of speech. Nothing in this article shall be so construed or applied as to deprive any
employee of any unemployment benefit which he might otherwise be entitled to
receive under any other laws of the state of Colorado. The fact that any provisions
of this article have been adopted from other states, or the language of the statutes
of other states has been used in the preparation of this article shall not be taken to
