Text
In addition to the remedies provided in this article,
the director of the division of oil and public safety is authorized to apply to the
district court, in the judicial district where the violation has occurred, for a
temporary or permanent injunction restraining any person from violating any
provision of this article, regardless of whether there is an adequate remedy at law.
