Text
If any person violates the provisions of this part 8, or fails
to comply with any of the provisions of this part 8, such person is guilty of a
misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less
than fifty dollars nor more than three hundred dollars for each offense.
