Text
No advertising literature relating to
any antifreeze in this state shall contain any statement that the antifreeze
advertised for sale has been approved by the director of the division of oil and
public safety unless the said antifreeze has been inspected by the director of the
division of oil and public safety and found to meet the standards of the division of
oil and public safety and not to be in violation of this part 8, in which case such
statement may be contained in any advertising literature where such brand or
trademark of antifreeze is being advertised for sale.
