Text
No label upon, or invoice for, any
lubricating oil or grease shall contain any untrue or misleading statement, and any
person, agent, or employee of any person who substitutes any oil or grease for any
other brand, without notice, shall be subject to the penalties prescribed in section
8-20-104.
