§ 8-20-215 — Mislabeling
No person shall mark, stencil, brand, or certify
falsely any pump, receptacle, or container of fuel products, or change, alter, or
deface the mark, brand, or a certificate on any such pump, receptacle, or container,
or falsely represent the quality or grade of any fuel product.
