Text
(1)The director of the division of oil and
public safety shall keep a record of all inspections made, showing:
(a)Time and place of each;
(b)Number of packages inspected;
(c)Number of gallons contained therein;
(d)Record of rejections;
(e)Record of fuel products destroyed.
(2)If any fuel products included in classes I and II have been rejected, such
report shall show the date and place thereof and quantity rejected, together with
the name of the person possessing it, together with a record from whom received.
All such records shall be open for public inspection.
