§ 8-2-105 — Penalty

Colorado·Title 08 Labor and·Art. Labor Relations, Generally

Any person, company, corporation, society, association, or
organization of any kind doing business in this state, as well as its agents,
attorneys, servants, or associates, found guilty of violating section 8-2-104 or any
part thereof commits a class 2 misdemeanor.
