§ 8-2-103 — Penalty for coercing employees

Colorado·Title 08 Labor and·Art. Labor Relations, Generally

Any person or any member of any
firm or an agent, officer, or employee of any such company or corporation, violating
the provisions of section 8-2-102 commits a class 2 misdemeanor.
