Text
(1)The SAA shall conduct hearings for the purpose of
resolving compliance issues or deregistration issues with a registered
apprenticeship program in conformity with federal regulations.
(2)The determination of the SAA is a final agency action that is subject to
judicial review pursuant to section 24-4-106.
(3)Sponsors may appeal to the United States department of labor's office of
apprenticeship for a final determination in conformity with federal regulations.
