As used in this part 2, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Agricultural employer has the same meaning set forth in section 8-3-104 (1).
(2)Agricultural employment means employment in any service or activity
included in section 203 (f) of the federal Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29
U.S.C. sec. 201 et seq., as amended, or section 3121 (g) of the federal Internal
Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
(3)Agricultural worker or worker means a worker engaged in any service
or activity included in section 203 (f) of the federal Fair Labor Standards Act of
1938, 29 U.S.C. sec. 201 et seq., as amended, or section 3121 (g) of the federal
Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
(4)Agricultural worker's representative means a person or entity
