By July 1, 2022, and for as long as the
program continues, the division shall develop and implement outreach services to
educate the public about the family and medical leave insurance program and
availability of paid family and medical leave and benefits under this part 5 for
covered individuals. The division shall provide the information required by this
section in a manner that is culturally competent and linguistically appropriate. The
division may, on its own or through a contract with an outside vendor, use a portion
of the money in the fund to develop, implement, and administer outreach services.
