(1)Employers in the state
shall comply with the federal Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act in the Families
First Coronavirus Response Act, Pub.L. 116-127.
(2)On and after July 14, 2020, through December 31, 2020, each employer in
the state, regardless of size, shall provide paid sick leave in the amount and for the
purposes provided in the federal Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act in the Families
First Coronavirus Response Act, Pub.L. 116-127, to each employee who is not
covered under the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act.
