Text
Any person, body corporate, general
manager, or employer who violates or causes to be violated any of the provisions of
sections 8-13-101 and 8-13-102 commits a class 2 misdemeanor. Each day in
violation of the provisions of sections 8-13-101 and 8-13-102 shall constitute a
separate offense.
