Text
If, for the purpose of obtaining any
order, benefit, or award under the provisions of this article, either for himself or
herself or for any other person, anyone willfully makes a false statement or
representation, he or she commits a class 5 felony, as defined in section 18-1.3-401,
C.R.S.
