§ 8-1-130 — Judicial review
The director has full power to hear and determine
all questions within his jurisdiction, and his findings, award, and order issued
thereon shall be final agency action. Any person affected by any finding, order, or
award of the director may seek judicial review as provided in section 24-4-106,
C.R.S.
