Text
In any investigation, the director or any other party
may cause the depositions of witnesses residing within or without the state to be
taken in the manner prescribed by law for like depositions in civil actions in district
courts. All such depositions shall be taken upon commission issued by the director
and shall be taken in accordance with the laws and rules of court covering
depositions in civil cases in the district courts of this state.
