§ 8-1-119 — Record of proceedings

Colorado·Title 08 Labor and·Art. Division of Labor Standards and Statistics -
(1)A full and complete record shall be kept of all proceedings had before or under the order of the director on any investigation, and all testimony shall be taken down by a shorthand reporter appointed by the director.
(2)A transcribed copy of the evidence and proceedings, or any specific part thereof, of any investigation or hearing taken by a shorthand reporter appointed by the director, being certified by such shorthand reporter to be a true and correct transcript of the testimony, or a specific part thereof, on the investigation or hearing of a particular witness, carefully compared by him with his original notes, and to be a correct statement of the evidence and proceedings had on such investigation or hearing so purporting to be taken and subscribed, may be received as
