Text
(1)A full and complete record shall be kept
of all proceedings had before or under the order of the director on any
investigation, and all testimony shall be taken down by a shorthand reporter
appointed by the director.
(2)A transcribed copy of the evidence and proceedings, or any specific part
thereof, of any investigation or hearing taken by a shorthand reporter appointed by
the director, being certified by such shorthand reporter to be a true and correct
transcript of the testimony, or a specific part thereof, on the investigation or
hearing of a particular witness, carefully compared by him with his original notes,
and to be a correct statement of the evidence and proceedings had on such
investigation or hearing so purporting to be taken and subscribed, may be received
