Text
A foreign entity
authorized to transact business or conduct activities in this state in accordance with
law as in effect on June 30, 2004, is subject to this part 8 and the filed document
pursuant to which it has such authority shall be deemed to be a filed statement of
foreign entity authority for purposes of this part 8.
