This
part 5 applies to all public benefit corporations. If a corporation elects to become a
public benefit corporation under this part 5 in the manner prescribed in this part 5,
it is subject in all respects to the Colorado Business Corporation Act, articles 101
to 117 of this title, and the Colorado Corporations and Associations Act, article 90
of this title, except to the extent this part 5 imposes additional or different
requirements, in which case such additional or different requirements apply.
