A
share certificate issued by a public benefit corporation must note conspicuously
that the corporation is a public benefit corporation formed pursuant to this part 5. A
statement sent by a public benefit corporation pursuant to section 7-106-207 must
state conspicuously that the corporation is a public benefit corporation formed
pursuant to this part 5.
