(1)A judicial proceeding by the attorney general to dissolve a limited liability company shall be brought in the district court for the county in this state in which the street address of the limited liability company's principal office or the street address of its registered agent is located or, if the limited liability company has no principal office in this state and no registered agent, in the district court for the city and county of Denver. A judicial proceeding brought by any other party named in section 7-80-810 to dissolve a limited liability company shall be brought in the district court for the county in this state in which the street address of the limited liability company's principal office is located or, if it has no principal office in this state, in the district
