(1)A
statement of trademark registration may be withdrawn by the registrant by
delivering to the secretary of state, for filing pursuant to part 3 of article 90 of this
title, a statement of withdrawal of trademark registration.
(2)A statement of withdrawal of trademark registration shall:
(a)State the true name of the registrant;
(b)Identify the statement of trademark registration in a manner satisfactory
to the secretary of state;
(c)State that the statement of trademark registration is withdrawn; and
(d)Include such other information as the secretary of state may require.
