Text

(1)A statement may be delivered to the secretary of state for filing pursuant to part 3 of article 90 of this title. A certified copy of a statement that is filed in an office in another jurisdiction may be delivered to the secretary of state for filing pursuant to part 3 of article 90 of this title. Either filing in this state has the effect provided in this article with respect to partnership property located in or transactions that occur in this state.
(2)Only a copy of a filed statement recorded in the office for recording transfers of real property has the effect provided for recorded statements in this article.
