Text

(1)On the death of a limited partner, the deceased limited partner's executor or administrator shall have all the rights of a limited partner for the purpose of settling the deceased limited partner's estate and such power as the deceased limited partner had to constitute the deceased limited partner's assignee a substituted limited partner.
(2)The estate of a deceased limited partner shall be liable for all of the liabilities of the deceased limited partner as a limited partner.
