§ 7-61-101 — Short title

Colorado·Title 07 Corporations·Art. Uniform Limited Partnership Law of 1931

This article shall be known and may be cited as the
Uniform Limited Partnership Law of 1931, and shall be applicable to limited
partnerships as provided in section 7-61-129.5.
