§ 7-58-601 — Member's interest
(1)A member's interest:
(a)Is personal property;
(b)Consists of:
(I)Governance rights;
(II)Financial rights; and
(III)The right or obligation, if any, to do business with the limited cooperative
association; and
(c)May be in certificated or uncertificated form.
