Text
Unless the articles or bylaws otherwise
require a different number of members or percentage of the voting power, a
quorum for conducting business at all meetings of the members consists of five
percent of the total number of members or thirty members present at the meeting,
whichever is less. Nothing prevents the articles or bylaws from requiring a greater
or lesser number or percentage of members, or members of classes, districts, or
voting groups as a quorum.
