Text
A limited cooperative association may convert into
any form of entity permitted by section 7-90-201 if the board of directors of the
limited cooperative association adopts a plan of conversion that complies with
section 7-90-201.3 and the members entitled to vote thereon, if any, if required by
section 7-58-1603, approve the plan of conversion.
