Text

(1)In its bylaws, each cooperative shall provide for one or more regular member meetings annually. Either the board or such officers as are designated in the bylaws shall have the right to call a special meeting of the members at any time, and the president, or other officer designated in the bylaws, shall call a special meeting to be held within sixty days upon petition by ten percent of the total number of members stating the specific business to be brought before the meeting. The board or the person calling the special meeting shall determine the date, time, and place of the meeting.
(2)Written notice of all member meetings shall be mailed to each member at that member's last-known address or transmitted to each member in such other manner as may be provided in the bylaws at
