§ 7-55-120 — Incorporation fees
The fee for the incorporation of cooperative
corporations or associations shall be determined and collected pursuant to section
24-21-104 (3), C.R.S., if formed with or without capital stock, payable to the
secretary of state except as otherwise set forth in this article.
