Text
No association formed
under this article shall be deemed to be in restraint of trade or an illegal monopoly,
or an attempt to lessen competition or to fix prices, nor shall the membership
agreements or marketing contracts between the association and its members be
illegal or in unlawful restraint of trade, or in any combination thereof to accomplish
an improper or illegal purpose.
