§ 7-51-107 — Board of directors
The corporate powers of any such corporation
shall be exercised by a board of directors, trustees, or other similar officers in the
manner and for the time that may be prescribed in the constitution and bylaws of
the corporation, but the same shall not be in conflict with any of the provisions of
this article or the law of this state.
