Text
Nothing contained in this article shall
prohibit a toll road or toll highway company from entering into a public-private
initiative with the department of transportation in accordance with the provisions of
part 12 of article 1 of title 43, C.R.S., for the purpose of enabling the construction of
a toll road, toll highway, or project. Any such project shall comply with the
requirements of this article.
